3. Separate service arrangements

Payment terms, cancellation or rescheduling terms, access arrangements, and other conditions for a cleaning visit will be communicated as part of the applicable service arrangement. These website terms do not replace a separately agreed cleaning contract. If a separate agreement conflicts with these terms about the cleaning service, that agreement controls for that service.

Please provide accurate contact and property information and submit requests only for properties you are authorized to manage or arrange services for. Do not submit confidential information about guests or other people unless necessary and authorized. Do not send payment-card information, passwords, or property entry codes through the general website form.
